Sanshu Asuke Yashiki is a living folk museum that recreates a traditional Japanese farm village. Visitors can explore thatched-roof buildings and witness demonstrations of ten traditional crafts, including charcoal making, woodworking, paper making, and weaving. Some crafts offer hands-on experiences. Located in Korankei, it's accessible by bus from Higashi-Okazaki or Meitetsu Jōsui Stations, followed by a 10-minute walk. Admission is ¥300 for adults and ¥100 for children. It's a great place to experience the charm of rural Japan.
