The Hill of Sparkling Light offers stunning panoramic views of Suruga Bay and, on clear days, Mount Fuji. The name comes from the way the sea glitters in the sunlight. Located in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, it's easily accessible by car. In January and February, the yellow rapeseed flower fields contrast beautifully with the blue sea. The observation deck is near the Matsue Kofun group and a short walk from Myojin Pond. It's a perfect spot for photographers and nature lovers seeking breathtaking scenery.
