The rooftop terrace offers views of the tsunami-affected area, the preserved Ukedo Elementary School, and the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. It's conveniently located near the Great East Japan Earthquake and Nuclear Disaster Memorial Museum and the Ukedo Elementary School ruins, making it an ideal spot for a meal after visiting these sites. Note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.
