Kaze no Shya is the Kurokawa Onsen Tourist Information Center, easily recognizable by its striking black building. Located centrally in Kurokawa Onsen, it provides maps, brochures, and valuable information about local ryokans and onsen. Here, you can purchase an onsen-hopping pass (nyuto tegata) to experience three different hot spring baths. The center also offers a selection of local souvenirs and has restrooms. With parking available, it's an ideal first stop to plan your Kurokawa Onsen adventure. Open from 9:00 to 18:00, it's best to visit upon arrival to maximize your time.
