Accessible via a 10-minute walk from the Mikasho Iwakami area parking lot, the well-maintained trail leads to stunning views of the falls. An observation deck on the opposite bank offers a panoramic perspective of the falls and basin. Visitors can explore the unique environment, with some daring to venture behind the falls over the rocks. The falls are about a 20-minute drive from Takachiho Gorge. Note that the path down to the falls includes stairs and may be challenging for those with mobility issues.
