The Mt. Tennyo Utsukushimori Hiking Course, easily accessible by taxi from JR Koumi Line's Kai-Oizumi Station, offers a refreshing nature walk with well-maintained trails. The path leads to an observation deck with stunning views of Mt. Fuji. During the green season, the Kiyosato Picnic Bus stops directly at the entrance. The best time to visit is in May and June when the azaleas are in full bloom. There are shops near the observation deck and entrance, open from 10 AM, selling soft-serve ice cream, jams, and souvenirs. Restrooms are available in the parking area, though closed in winter.
