The Sagamihara City Museum offers a blend of natural history, local history, and astronomy exhibits. Located in Sagamihara, it features a planetarium with live commentary and dome screen films. Visitors can explore exhibits on Sagamihara's natural environment, historical artifacts, and the JAXA space program. The museum is accessible by bus from Fuchinobe Station. Open from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, it's a great place to spend a few hours learning about the area and space exploration. Note that the museum is closed on Mondays (or the following day if Monday is a holiday) and during the New Year's holiday.
