Orimotoya is a beautifully preserved merchant house in Tsurugi, Tokushima, dating back to the early Meiji period. Originally a sake brewery, this registered National Cultural Property showcases traditional Japanese architecture, including its impressive udatsu (firewalls). Inside, you can explore the historic building and view exhibits, including miniature Kishiwada Danjiri floats. Conveniently located a 15-minute walk from Sadamitsu Station or a short drive from Route 192, Orimotoya offers free admission and a glimpse into the region's rich heritage.
