Kawarage Great Waterfall is a unique natural attraction where hot spring water cascades down a 20-meter waterfall, creating a natural open-air bath. During the bathing season (early July to mid-September), visitors can enjoy the experience of bathing in the waterfall's basin. Located in Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture, it's accessible by car from the Sugawa IC (Yuzawa Yokote Road). Note that swimwear is required for bathing. The best time to visit for bathing is from early July to mid-September.
