A 20-minute hike up a moderately steep mountain path from the free parking area rewards visitors with stunning vistas. While the path can be challenging, especially the final stretch, the serene beauty of the tea plantations and the fresh mountain air make it worthwhile. Visit the local tea shop afterwards to sample and purchase the pesticide-free Kamigaryu tea. Note that the promenade may be closed during winter due to snow.
