The Minami Izu Aloe Center showcases approximately 100 varieties of aloe from around the world. From late November to February, visitors can admire around 10,000 aloe arborescens plants blooming on the hillside. The center also features an impressive greenhouse with about 300 types of aloe. An on-site factory and shop sell aloe-based cosmetics, sweets, and health foods. Open year-round with free admission, it's an easy and fascinating stop. Don't miss the aloe soft cream!
