Located within the Shirakawa Hachimangu Shrine grounds, the Shirakawa-go Doburoku Festival Museum offers a glimpse into the unique Doburoku Festival held annually in October. Through exhibits featuring dolls and models, visitors can explore the history and traditions of this local celebration. The museum also displays valuable artifacts related to the festival. After the visit, guests can sample Doburoku. The museum is a 7-minute walk from the "Shirakawa-go" bus stop and a 10-minute drive from the Shirakawa IC. Open from 9:00 to 17:00, it's closed from December to March and temporarily closed from October 13th to 16th.
