Hakusan Bridge

Overview

Hakusan Bridge, located in Ina, Nagano Prefecture, offers stunning views of the Takato Dam and Lake Takato. Situated near Takato Castle Ruins Park, particularly the history museum side, this white arched bridge is a prime spot for viewing the dam and the lake, which is one of Japan's top 100 dam lakes. During the cherry blossom season, the views of the surrounding cherry trees reflecting on the lake's surface are exceptional. The bridge is easily accessible from Holiday Park, making it a convenient stop when visiting the castle ruins. While primarily used by locals, it provides a picturesque vantage point for tourists to enjoy the natural scenery, including the distant Southern Alps.
