The park also includes beautiful gardens and even a preserved air-raid shelter, offering a glimpse into the lives of the Imperial family and their wartime experiences. Located in Nikko, Tochigi Prefecture, the park is easily accessible by bus from JR and Tobu Nikko Stations. Admission is reasonably priced, and parking is available for a fee. Consider visiting during the spring cherry blossoms or autumn foliage for the most scenic views.
