The Former Kameoka Family Residence, designated as a National Important Cultural Property in July 2016, showcases a unique blend of Western architectural design and traditional Japanese craftsmanship from the Meiji and Taisho eras. Located in Date City, Fukushima Prefecture, it's easily accessible from Kunimi IC (20-minute drive) or Oizumi Station (5-minute walk). The exterior features a striking red and white modern design, while the interior boasts a pure Japanese-style Shoin-zukuri with exquisite carvings and transoms.
