Located near Togawa Fishing Port, it's easily accessible and offers a picturesque spot for a quick visit. Legend says that a dog left behind by Minamoto no Yoshitsune cried for seven days and nights until it turned to stone. The rock is part of a 200-million-year-old geological layer, making it a fascinating natural landmark. Visitors can park nearby and enjoy the scenic views of the coastline.
