Itoking is a popular confectionery shop in Itoshima, Fukuoka, specializing in sweets made with Amaou strawberries. Conveniently located a few minutes from the Maebaru Interchange, this shop offers a variety of Amaou strawberry-based treats, including their famous Doraking dorayaki. You can even observe the manufacturing process. While the Doraking is a must-try, be sure to sample the Amaou Rusk. Note that the Doraking sells out quickly, especially in the evenings. Consider bringing a cooler bag if you plan to purchase items to take away.
