Discover the rich history of metalworking in Tsubame at the Tsubame Industrial Materials Museum. Explore exhibits showcasing the evolution of craftsmanship from the Edo period to modern times, including works by renowned metal artists and a unique collection of pipes and spoons from around the world. Engage in hands-on workshops where you can try your hand at traditional metalworking techniques like hammering patterns or shaping sake cups. The museum is open from 9 AM to 4:30 PM (last entry for workshops 4 PM) and closed on Mondays (or the following weekday if Monday is a holiday) and during the New Year holidays. Admission is ¥400 for adults and ¥100 for students.
