Yuigahama Beach, easily accessible from Kamakura Station (15-minute walk), is the first beach in Asia to receive the international Blue Flag certification. Popular for its clear waters and convenient location near tourist attractions, it offers a variety of beach houses and facilities. Open from July 1st to August 31st, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, it's a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying marine sports. Even outside the swimming season, the beach is ideal for leisurely walks, dog-walking, and enjoying the sunset. The area is also known for windsurfing, especially when other beaches are closed due to weather conditions. Visit during the day to enjoy the beach activities and scenic views.
