Seseragi no Shiki, or "Sounds of the Seasons," is a hot spring facility located in Kiso, Nagano Prefecture. Known for its reddish-brown, carbonated waters, the facility offers both indoor and outdoor baths where visitors can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The waters are said to have therapeutic properties, leaving skin feeling smooth. Located a short bus ride from Kiso-Fukushima Station, it's easily accessible for travelers. Open from 10:00 to 21:00 (last entry at 20:30), it's a great place to unwind after skiing or exploring the Kiso area. Note that the facility is closed on Wednesdays (excluding public holidays) and during the New Year holidays.
