Zaisukotora Park is dedicated to Todo Takatora, the lord of Tsu Castle and a native of Kora Town. The park features a striking equestrian statue of Takatora set against a backdrop reminiscent of castle stone walls. Visitors can also see the "Zannen-ishi" (disappointing stone) that was intended for Osaka Castle but never used, as well as Komadome stones and lanterns donated by the Todo family. This park offers a peaceful place to reflect on Takatora's legacy. Located in Kora Town, Shiga Prefecture, the park is accessible by bus from Kawase Station, followed by a short walk from the Kora Town Hall.
