Sakai Daiba Park, located in Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture, is a historical site featuring a reconstructed wooden hexagonal lighthouse, the first of its kind in the San'in region. Originally built as a battery site in 1863, the park now offers scenic views of the Sakaikyo Bridge and is known as one of Sakaiminato's prime cherry blossom viewing spots, with approximately 350 cherry trees. Visitors can explore the lighthouse (open on weekends) and enjoy the serene atmosphere. The park is a 20-minute walk from Sakaiminato Station. Visit during the spring cherry blossom season for the most vibrant experience.
