Cape Manza

Overview

Cape Manza, or Manzamo, is a scenic spot located in Onna Village in Okinawa. Known for its unique elephant trunk-shaped rock formation and stunning views of the East China Sea from the coral cliffs, it's a must-visit for nature lovers. The name 'Manzamo' means 'a field where ten thousand people can sit,' referring to the natural grass field atop the coral base. The area is easily accessible by bus from Naha and offers a newly renovated visitor center with souvenir shops and dining options. There is a 100 yen admission fee to access the walking path. The best time to visit is during the morning or afternoon for optimal lighting and views.
