Mikata Onsen Kirara no Yu is a unique hot spring facility inspired by the bathhouse in the film "Spirited Away." Located just a 5-minute walk from JR Mikata Station and a short drive from the Wakasa Mikata IC, it's easily accessible. The facility features two types of weekly rotating baths, "Rainbow Bath" and "Jomon Bath," offering a variety of experiences including open-air baths, lacquer baths, salt saunas, and far-infrared saunas. Visitors appreciate the skin-smoothing natural hot spring waters. Open year-round, it's a great place to relax after hiking or a day at the beach. Admission is ¥650 for adults and ¥300 for children.
