The Yanagawa Domain Lord Tachibana Residence, also known as "Ohana," is a historic villa built by the fourth lord of the Yanagawa domain, Tachibana Akitora, alongside Shotoen Garden. The villa features a museum housed in a late Meiji period building. Visitors can explore the expansive Shotoen Garden, the Western-style building constructed as a guesthouse, and the grand hall with 100 tatami mats overlooking the garden. It's conveniently located near the end of the Yanagawa river cruise route, making it an ideal spot to extend your visit and immerse yourself in the area's rich history and culture.
