Seikichi Soba-ya is a long-established soba restaurant in Yurihonjo City, Akita Prefecture, renowned for its delicious and affordable soba and ramen dishes. Located at 28 Kamiyokomachi, it's easily accessible for a quick lunch. While known as a soba shop, many locals come for the ramen, especially the classic Chuka Soba, a simple yet satisfying chicken-broth ramen. Open from early morning, it's a popular spot for a comforting meal. The interior was renovated a few years ago and features both table and tatami seating. Note that the parking area can get busy.
