Karato Market, also known as Lively Bakan Street, is a wholesale market where the general public can enjoy shopping and even observe live auctions. Every weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and on holidays, the first floor transforms into a lively seafood street food market. Here, you can find a wide variety of fresh seafood dishes, including sushi, miso soup, and fried foods, as well as the local delicacy, fugu (blowfish).
