Happodai Trailhead is the most popular access point for climbing Mount Bandai, offering the shortest and easiest route to the summit. Located on the Bandai Gold Line, it's easily accessible and provides convenient facilities including parking (approximately 50 spaces, fills up quickly on weekends), restrooms, and a rest area. The trail leads through beautiful beech forests and along ridges, making it suitable for both experienced hikers and families with children.
