Hongyuzan Fuse Benten Tokaiji Temple, known locally as Fuse Benten, is one of the three great Benten shrines of the Kanto region. Founded in 807, the temple features a unique two-storied pagoda-style bell tower and is home to several Kashiwa City-designated cultural properties, including the main hall, the gate tower, and the bell tower. Visitors can enjoy the serene atmosphere and historical architecture. Located in Kashiwa, Chiba Prefecture, the temple is easily accessible by bus from Kashiwa Station or by bus and a short walk from Abiko Station. The temple is next to Akebonoyama Park, making it ideal to visit both at the same time. The temple is especially beautiful during the Shichi-Go-San festival.
