The Tsumari Snow Festival, held in the snow-rich town of Tsumari, celebrates the coming of spring with a variety of events. The main venue is at the New Greenpia Tsunan Ski Resort. The festival is held at New Greenpia Tsunan and the Owarino Special Venue.
