Its main hall and worship hall, designated as Important Cultural Properties, showcase stunning Muromachi-period architecture. The shrine's beauty has made it a popular filming location for movies and TV dramas, including "Rurouni Kenshin." The five-yearly ritual dance, known as 'Nodahuri,' is a spectacular event.
