The Chino Civic Hall, conveniently located next to JR Chino Station, is a modern, multi-purpose cultural complex. It houses the Chino City Museum of Art, a library, event spaces, and a hall, making it a great place to spend some time while waiting for a train or exploring the city. The rooftop offers panoramic views of the Yatsugatake mountain range. Inside, you'll find displays of local artifacts, including a replica of the "Masked Goddess" Dogu. There's also a cafe-restaurant on the first floor, perfect for a relaxing break. Note that the civic hall is closed on Tuesdays (or the following day if Tuesday is a holiday) and during the New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3).
