Sambunichi Yusui is a natural spring selected as one of Japan's 100 remarkable waters by the Environmental Agency in 1985. Located at the southern foot of the Yatsugatake Mountains, this spring produces 8,500 tons of water daily, irrigating the surrounding fields. Legend says that the water distribution system was built by Takeda Shingen during the Sengoku period to equally divide water among three villages that were in conflict. Visitors can explore the clear spring waters and enjoy a refreshing walk along the wooden paths. The best time to visit is during the warmer months to appreciate the cool, clean water. It's easily accessible, just a 5-minute walk from Kai-Koizumi Station.
