Hasedera Temple, the head temple of the Buzan School of Shingon Buddhism, is located in Sakurai, Nara. It's the eighth temple on the Saigoku 33 Kannon Pilgrimage. Known as the "Temple of Flowers," Hasedera offers stunning seasonal blooms, including cherry blossoms, peonies, hydrangeas, autumn foliage, and winter peonies. The iconic 399-step covered stairway, the Noboriro, leads to the main hall, a National Treasure, offering panoramic views of the surrounding town and Mount Yoki.
