Tsumekizaki is located on the southeastern tip of the Suzaki Peninsula in Shimoda, Shizuoka Prefecture. This scenic spot features a white lighthouse and dramatic coastal views, including the columnar joint cliffs known as Hyoiso. Tsumekizaki is also home to a flower garden that blooms with seasonal flowers and is particularly famous for its large colony of wild daffodils, best viewed in late January and early February. Visitors can enjoy hiking trails, a small beach, and panoramic views of the Izu Islands on clear winter days. Note that parking can be expensive during peak seasons.
