Dogashima Yakushido Hall is a small temple located in Nishiizu, Shizuoka Prefecture, easily accessible from the Dogashima bus stop. While unassuming in size, it houses three wooden statues of Yakushi Nyorai, Amida Nyorai, and Shaka Nyorai, designated as important cultural properties of Shizuoka Prefecture, dating back to the Kamakura period. In addition to the statues, the hall also features a cough-stopping Jizo, drawing visitors who seek healing from asthma and whooping cough.
