For tourists, the basement level is a must-see, featuring a fresh food market where you can find local seafood and produce. Though some stalls may be closed, especially in the afternoon, you can still enjoy fresh oysters, scallops, sushi, and seafood bowls at the eateries. The market is open from early morning, making it a great spot for a quick and delicious breakfast. Note that the atmosphere can be quiet, especially on Sundays or due to current conditions.
