Located near the Yumesaki Smart IC on the Chugoku Expressway and along the old Route 67 in Hyogo Prefecture, Tsubosaka Sake Brewery offers visitors a chance to purchase limited-edition sake not commonly found in retail stores. While brewery tours may require advance booking, the shop is open from 9:00 to 16:00. Note that the brewery is closed on the third Wednesday of the month from April to October, but open every day from November to March. It's a great place to sample and buy local sake.
