Located within the Towada-Hachimantai National Park, the Oirase Stream is the only river flowing out of Lake Towada. This 14km stretch from Lake Towada to Yakeyama offers stunning and ever-changing scenery throughout the year. A well-maintained walking trail meanders along the stream, passing numerous waterfalls.
