Located in Ushiku, Ibaraki, it's accessible by bus from JR Ushiku Station or a short drive from the Ushiku-Ami Interchange. Open from 9:30 AM, closing times vary by season. Note that the facility is closed from December 29th to January 3rd and on the day after national holidays.
