Ryuka Falls is one of the most iconic waterfalls in the Shiobara region. The falls cascade powerfully in three tiers, resembling a white dragon dancing down the mountainside. Visitors can access the falls via a 20-minute walk from the JR bus stop at Ryuka-no-Taki. The trail itself offers scenic views, including the Nunobaki Falls and Fūkyo Falls. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes for the slightly uneven paths. The best time to visit is during the fall foliage season for stunning colors, though the falls are impressive year-round.
