The Zao Sake Brewery Exhibition Hall in Shiroishi City offers visitors a glimpse into the history and production of Zao sake. Located a 10-minute walk from JR Shiroishi Station and a 10-minute drive from the Shiroishi IC on the Tohoku Expressway, the hall showcases sake-related tools and equipment. A tasting corner allows you to sample various Zao sake offerings, and a shop sells exclusive varieties not readily available elsewhere. The brewery also offers guided tours from December to February by reservation only. With free admission and parking available, it's a great stop for sake enthusiasts visiting Miyagi Prefecture.
