Sun Dome Fukui, also known as Sandome Fukui, is a versatile indoor arena located in Echizen, Fukui Prefecture. Known for its distinctive circular shape and excellent acoustics, it's a popular venue for concerts, exhibitions, and various events. While a bit removed from the nearest train stations (JR Sabae or Sandome-Nishi), it offers ample parking for visitors arriving by car. The arena's design ensures good views from most seats, making it a favorite stop on many artists' arena tours. Note that dining options are limited in the immediate vicinity, so it's best to plan meals in advance. The unique architecture also makes it a minor tourist attraction.
