The Koyodai Observation Rest House offers panoramic views of Mount Fuji, the Aokigahara Jukai forest, and the Southern Alps. Located in a popular spot for autumn foliage, the best time to visit is early November for stunning scenery. The rest house is accessible by car from the Kawaguchiko IC (25 minutes) or a 20-minute walk. The observation deck costs ¥150 for adults and ¥100 for children. Note that the mountain road leading to the rest house is unpaved in sections, so drive carefully. The rest house includes a simple dining area and restrooms on the first floor, with the paid observation deck on the second floor.
