Located at the southern end of a prefectural natural park, Ashikaga Orihime Shrine is dedicated to industrial promotion and enshrines the deities Yachichihime-no-Mikoto and Amenomihokono-Mikoto. Recognized as a "Lover's Sanctuary" and a "Japan Night View Heritage Site" in July 2014, the shrine offers stunning views and a romantic atmosphere. Visitors can reach the shrine by a 5-minute drive from either JR Ashikaga Station or Tobu Isesaki Line Ashikaga City Station, or a 15-minute walk from either station. Alternatively, it's a 15-minute drive from the Kitakanto Expressway Ashikaga Interchange. Ascend the colorful, symbolic stairways for blessings of love and success, and enjoy panoramic views of Ashikaga city and the Watarase River.
