The Hashimoto Area Tourist Information Center is conveniently located in front of JR Nankai Hashimoto Station. The center provides helpful information for exploring the Koyasan area and Wakayama Prefecture. The friendly staff offers detailed assistance and local insights. While small, the center features a selection of locally made souvenirs, including charming gauze hand towels. Note that the center is closed on Wednesdays (or the following day if Wednesday is a holiday) and for six days during the New Year period. It's a great first stop for visitors arriving in Hashimoto.
