They specialize in traditional soy sauce production using carefully selected ingredients and wooden barrels. Visitors can tour the facility to see how soy sauce is made and sample various products. The shop offers a wide range of soy sauces, including their award-winning Tanba black bean soy sauce, as well as other local specialties like Kinzanji miso. Located a 15-minute walk from JR Yuasa Station or an 8-minute drive from Arida IC, it's a great place to experience authentic Japanese flavors. Open daily from 9:00 to 17:30, except during the New Year holidays.
