The observatory is accessible by a 20-minute drive from JR Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station and is open from late April to late October. The site features a newly renovated rest area and restrooms. It's an ideal spot for panoramic views and photography, especially on clear days when you can even see the Shimokita Peninsula.
