Honen-ike Yusuichi Park, completed in 1995, is located next to Honen-ike Dam and offers a tranquil escape with its grassy open space and gazebos. Visitors can enjoy the soothing sounds of flowing water and, in early summer, the sight of fireflies. A major attraction is the annual "Yurunuki" release of water from Honen-ike Dam, held from late July to early August, which draws many photographers and tourists. The park is accessible by car, 25 minutes from Kanonji Station or 15 minutes from Ohnohara IC. It's a small park covering 0.097 hectares, ideal for a short, peaceful visit.
