Nestled on the shores of Lake Sugawa in Akita Prefecture, Lake Sugawa Campground offers a serene escape into nature. Enjoy scenic highland walks, birdwatching, and boating, or set up camp for a more immersive experience. The campground is particularly stunning during the autumn foliage season, when the vibrant colors reflect on the lake's surface. Located 75 minutes by car from Ichinoseki IC or 90 minutes by bus from Ichinoseki Station, the campground features 10 tent sites. Tent rentals are available upon request by phone. Camping fees are ¥3000 per site plus ¥500 per person (free for children 12 and under). Day camping is also available.
